These terms govern use of the System Grove website and initial enquiries about our software development services. Project work is governed by a separate agreement when one is made.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about System Grove and contact us about potential work. You must not use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts unauthorised access, introduces malicious code or violates applicable law.
Information is not a project offer
Website content describes our services and working approach in general terms. It is not a binding proposal, guarantee of availability, quotation, commitment to deliver a particular result or professional advice for your specific circumstances.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form, sending email or speaking with us does not by itself create a service contract. A project starts only after the relevant scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and other conditions have been agreed separately. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement governs the project.
Information and materials you provide
You are responsible for having the right to share any information, credentials, content or materials you provide to us. Do not send sensitive production credentials, confidential personal data or third-party material through the public website form unless it is necessary and an appropriate secure method has been agreed.
Intellectual property
The System Grove name, website design, text, graphics and other website materials belong to System Grove or their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. You may view and use the site for ordinary business evaluation, but may not reproduce or redistribute substantial website materials as your own.
Ownership and licensing of software, source code, designs, documentation and other project deliverables are determined by the separate project agreement.

Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and technical limitations. Unless separately agreed, System Grove does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes or outages caused by them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, System Grove is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Liability relating to paid project work is governed by the applicable project agreement and mandatory law.
